Here we see our hero's doing a fancy kick, knocking out a henchman. Both kicks gave these guys some major air time. While the kick in of itself is not all that similar, the cinematagraphy certainly is. If you compare both scenes, after the initial kick, the camera cuts to a different angle and replays back the kick.

Now everyone knows its not very safe playing in hallways, especially when the other guy is chasing you with a gun. Which is actually the case in both of these scenes. In the GitS scene u cant see the guy running too well because he is wearing thermal-optic camouflage, in the 2nd pic, see if u can spot his shadow.
